I bought this bike for my wife and me without his knowledge, a lot! I have to cross a 24-speed road bike myself, but love them in the city. It is fairly easy to install and even easier to drive. It is relatively easy for the price and easy to load on the light rail in downtown Portland.It has some pretty good get up and go.
